An associate at BRAM since 2025, she is co-head of the Porto office. With 20 years of professional experience, she has advised and defended the interests of clients across various sectors, including artists, creators of audiovisual content, event promoters, and companies in the fashion, transportation and logistics, and jewelry industries.

Her practice focuses on Intellectual Property, encompassing both copyright and related rights, as well as industrial property.

 

Her work includes:

  • Identifying, assessing, and defining intellectual property strategies for companies;

  • Negotiation and drafting of contracts related to copyright and industrial property (distribution agreements, assignment and transfer of copyright, licensing, among others).

Before joining BRAM, she served as Of Counsel at Araújo & Associados, was an associate attorney at F. Castelo Branco & Associados, and also maintained a private practice.

She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University – Porto, where she also completed a postgraduate program in Intellectual Property Law (3rd edition) and a postgraduate program in Personal Data Protection Law (1st edition).​​
