BRAM Consultant, with more than 20 years of experience in the domain of public law (public contracting, urban planning, administrative and tax litigation, industrial property law, copyright and related rights, administrative infractions and several licensing regulations). Began his legal practice in the law firm of Mário Esteves de Oliveira, for more than 4 years.
Before joining BRAM's team, he was an independent lawyer and in a variety of law firms (AMBA, FSC&A, CO&A), for over 20 years in Portugal and over 3 years in the State of Santa Catarina - Brazil.
Studied law at the Autónoma University of Lisbon and has a Post-Graduation in Administrative Law from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
