With nearly 20 years of practice in the field of Energy Law and Litigation in general, as well as Corporate Law and Corporate Governance.
Alongside his activity as a lawyer, he has held various positions, including Chairman of the General Meeting and Secretary of several corporations, providing specialized support to corporate boards and legal advice to numerous meetings of Executive Committees and Boards of Directors, in one of the players in the energy sector in the area of Gas and Fuels.
Before founding BRAM, he was a founding partner at RMMV - Reynolds, Mexia, Malta Vacas & Associados and also partner in the law firm LSC - Luis Laureano Santos e Associados, for about 10 years.
Studied law at the Lusíada University and has two post-graduate degrees in Corporate Law and Commercial Law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
