Off Counsel to BRAM with more than 15 years of experience in the areas of administrative law and land transport law.
Before working with BRAM, collaborated with RMMV – Reynolds, Mexia, Malta Vacas & Associados, and served as Adviser to the Quality Management Department in 1999, as Director of the Quality Department from 2000 to 2015 and as Auditor of Quality Management Systems from 2001 to 2012. Has been engaged in a solo legal practice since 2002.
Studied law at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. He has ISO 9000 version 2000 Training and Initial Pedagogical Training of Trainers. He also completed an Internal Quality Audit Course for NP EN ISO 9001:2000; Implementation of Quality Management Systems; Safety Adviser Course as provided for under Decree-Law (DL) no. 322/2000 of 19 December; and Social Regulation in Road Transport.
